Yes! We have separate zones for babies, toddlers, and older kids. You're welcome to bring your child with you — no childcare required. All children must be in the kid zones or in a restraint of some kind (stroller, car seat, baby swing, etc.). NO children may roam the gym.

No. Myomass is not a childcare facility. Parents must remain on-site during all workouts. Children’s areas are supervised by an adult, but Myomass does not take responsibility for the safety of your child.
Water, sneakers, and anything your child may need (snacks, toys, etc.). We have changing tables, baby gates, and more.
