WHAT TO EXPECT IN CLASS

Our Heavy workouts focus on lifting a heavier load and making sure we take adequate rest after each set.  You'll spend more time on each movement, to build serious muscular strength and size.

Our Intense workouts are interval based, and will push your heart rate to the max. The quick pace and lighter weights will build muscular endurance and improve your cardiovascular ability.

Our Functional workouts will challenge your body in different planes of motion. In a circuit style workout, you will build functional strength for daily activities.

  • WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
    Show up in whatever athletic attire you are comfortable in! Shorts, leggings, compression shorts, tanks, tees- all are fine! Make sure you wear closed-toe shoes.
  • WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
    A water bottle, a small towel if you'd like and a willingness to work hard!
  • WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT FOR MY FIRST CLASS?

  • WHO USUALLY WORKS OUT AT MYOMASS?
    Myomass truly is for all ages, all backgrounds, and all skill levels. You may see people who have been lifting for years, or someone who is only in their second class. You might see a high schooler lifting for their sport, a young professional lifting for fun, or a dad of 3 lifting for his long-term health.
  • HOW DO THE MEMBERSHIPS WORK?
    Myomass memberships run monthly, and you have the option to choose the Unlimited Membership, or the 12 Times per Month membership. The more you come, the more cost-effective it is!
